Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern use of the Ground Reality Times website and its pre-launch subscriptions, event registrations, advertising enquiries, recruitment services, accounts and related digital services. By using a transactional service, you agree to the terms applicable to that service.
1. Website operator
Ground Reality Times (GRT) is presented as a news and media initiative of Responsys News And Media Private Limited, CIN U74999MH2016PTC281614, registered with RoC Mumbai. Corporate particulars are available on our Corporate Information page.
2. Accounts and verification
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. Email/mobile verification is used to protect transactions and applications. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity carried out through your account.
3. Magazine subscriptions
Subscription duration, price, included editions, delivery scope and benefits are those displayed at checkout when the order is placed. An order is not treated as paid merely because a payment QR or payment request has been generated. Activation follows confirmed payment.
4. Event registration
Event categories may carry different seating, access, credentials, capacity and benefits. Registration is subject to availability, successful payment where applicable, identity/entry requirements and event rules. Credentials are personal unless a package expressly states otherwise.
5. Advertising and proposals
Advertising enquiries, proposal downloads and package selections do not automatically create a binding campaign commitment. Final placement, dates, creative acceptance, pricing, taxes and deliverables are governed by the written proposal/order accepted for that campaign.
6. Recruitment
Submitting an application does not create employment, appointment, press accreditation or authority to represent GRT. Candidate information and work samples may be reviewed for recruitment purposes. Selection remains subject to the applicable assessment, verification and written appointment process.
7. Payments
Payments may be processed through UPI or an enabled payment provider. Payment status is confirmed only after the platform receives reliable confirmation from the authorised payment flow. Failed or pending transactions remain unpaid. Do not make duplicate payments while a transaction is still being verified.
8. Cancellations, refunds and fulfilment
Cancellation/refund eligibility depends on the product or service purchased, fulfilment already provided, event status and the terms displayed with the relevant order. Where a refund is approved, processing time may also depend on the payment provider or banking network. Statutory consumer rights, where applicable, are not excluded.
9. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, GRT branding, original text, graphics, videos, layouts and other original website material are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. No licence to republish, syndicate, scrape, commercially exploit or falsely attribute GRT material is granted merely by accessing the website.
10. Acceptable use
You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with security, submit unlawful or malicious material, impersonate another person, misuse press/recruitment credentials, or use automated means in a manner that disrupts the service.
11. Availability and changes
Pre-launch features, packages, event details and services may be updated, suspended or withdrawn before final launch. Material changes affecting an already confirmed paid order will be handled according to the applicable order terms and law.
12. Governing framework
These terms are intended to operate under applicable laws of India, including consumer and electronic-commerce requirements where relevant. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Contact and grievances
For transaction, privacy or website concerns, use the contact channel published by GRT on the website. Additional grievance/contact particulars should be published before production launch where required by applicable law.
Pre-launch legal notice: This operational draft should receive final review from qualified Indian legal counsel before the production launch, particularly after the final payment gateway, refund policy, grievance officer and publication structure are confirmed.
